Site fees for 2023 are from £3,299.00 . The average annual running costs for 2023 are approximately £4,000.00. Running costs include Site Fees, Rates, Water Charges, Insurance, Gas and Electricity. These costs are reviewed annually and may be subject to change. Running costs may vary depending on the make, model, age and condition of a caravan. Extra costs may be applicable, e.g. Drain Down, Wifi, etc

Yes, although certain breeds are not allowed (See the dangerous dogs act). Dogs must be kept under control at all times and on a short lead.

All of our new and used caravan prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate and include (unless otherwise stated): Caravan Siting and Connections to your chosen pitch, annual Site Fees, Local Authority Rates and Water company charges, 2 gas bottles, refuse, Electricity ( metered). Manufactures warranty is offered on New Holiday Caravans, pre owned holiday caravans come with a 6 month Warranty, Fridge, TV connection, Steps and Handrails, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Detector.

You can choose your own pitch location, subject to pitch availability and the caravan you decide to purchase.

Provided that you comply with the terms of the park and pitch licence and have valid safety checks, you pay all costs and follow the park rules, your initial licence is 15 years from new. Following this you will get a further 10 annual licences.

The caravan park is open from the 1st March all the way through to the second Sunday of November each year. A holiday caravan cannot be used as a permanent residence.
