This privacy policy sets out how “Invest East Lindsey Limited T/as Kingfisher Caravan Park” uses and protects any information that you give us when using our website. How we use information
We only collect, use and hold data that we need to be able to provide you with the service you are requesting. If you are purchasing a holiday or holiday home from us then we will collect your data as part of the contract you have with us and in order to manage your time with us on the park and this is our lawful basis for processing your data; in the performance of the contract we have with you.
You do not have to give us any of this data but if you do not then you may not be able to access our products and services. It would also be extremely difficult for us to be able to provide you with an optimal level of customer service.

13. Keeping your data
We will only hold on to your data for as long as it is needed to provide you with the service you are requesting or to meet legal regulatory data retention requirements. This is currently 6 years plus the current financial year. We perform regular reviews of all our data we hold and assess whether it still needs to be kept. If there is no valid reason for us to keep it, we will delete or destroy it.
