These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offer advertised by Kingfisher Caravan Park (the “Offer”).

1. Promotional Offer

• The offer provides customers with up to £5,000 off the purchase price of a new caravan available at Kingfisher Caravan Park.

• The maximum discount available is £5,000, which may vary depending on the model and specifications of the chosen caravan.

• This offer is only applicable to new caravans for sale and does not apply to used or pre-owned caravans.

2. Offer Validity

• The offer is valid from Monday 14th April 2025 until 5:00 PM on Monday 21st April 2025.

• To qualify for the discount, customers must have paid a deposit on a caravan within this promotional period.

3. Eligibility

• The offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

• This promotion is only available to customers purchasing a new caravan for siting at Kingfisher Caravan Park.

• One offer per transaction. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

4. Site Fee Incentive

• Eligible purchasers can also receive zero site fees for the 2025 season. Please make sure to request this prior to purchase.

• This incentive only applies to new caravan purchases made during the promotional period.

• Site fees for 2026 onwards will be charged at the standard annual rate.

5. Decking and Customisation

• Decking and other customisation options are available at additional cost unless stated otherwise in a sales agreement.

• Any promotional pricing on decking will be outlined separately and is not included in the £5,000 caravan discount.

6. Payment and Reservation

• A deposit will be required to reserve your chosen caravan. All deposits are subject to the standard terms of reservation.

• Full payment terms will be provided upon entering into a sales agreement.

7. General

• Kingfisher Caravan Park reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

• The offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.

• All sales are subject to availability and park approval.
